Balgrist Beteiligungs AG, Lengghalde 5, 8008 Zurich ("Balgrist Beteiligungs AG"), understands that the protection of your privacy is important to you, and that you are interested in how your personal data is used and disclosed online. If you submit an application and/or send an email, we may collect your name, email address, and any other information you provide to us.

As mentioned, we generally do not collect personal data. If you contact us and we receive your personal data from your email or other communication, we may use it as follows:

• To respond to your email/contact.

We do not share your personal data with third parties.

We store your personal data only for as long as we need it to use it as described in Section 5 and/or as long as we have your consent.

Your data is stored only in Switzerland.

For this reason, we ask you not to send us confidential information by email. If you still transmit confidential information to us, Balgrist Beteiligungs AG is aware that information in submitted support requests or similar inquiries must be kept strictly confidential ("Confidential Information"). We usually respond to email inquiries by email. If you do not wish this, please indicate it in the text of your inquiry.

The above confidentiality obligation does not apply to Confidential Information that:

• Is already publicly known or becomes publicly known without violating the obligations assumed in this statement; and/or
• Was already known to Balgrist Beteiligungs AG at the time of receipt or disclosure, and Balgrist Beteiligungs AG promptly notifies the applicant of this after receiving the Confidential Information; and/or
• Is communicated to Balgrist Beteiligungs AG by a third party not bound by a confidentiality agreement with the applicant; and/or
• Balgrist Beteiligungs AG must disclose due to mandatory law or a judicial or administrative order; and/or
• Were explicitly marked as "non-confidential" in writing by the applicant.

We currently do not use cookies on our website.
